Join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel on Friday, June 6th.

The wellness day is designed to help you de-stress and recharge, with a variety of activities to suit all fitness levels.

It’s the perfect way to escape the stresses of everyday life and focus on your wellbeing. You'll leave feeling refreshed, revitalised, and - most importantly - with a goody bag!

Itinerary

Welcome

15 min

Before we kick things off, we’ll say hello, run through the day and make sure we’re fuelled up for the activities ahead of us.

Circuits

45 min

Get ready to SWEAT with a selection of exercises to work your entire body, using weights, resistance and other equipment.

HIIT

30 min

High Intensity Interval Training - and my, oh my, is it intense! HIIT is focused on explosive body-weight movements designed to get your heart rate up.

Deep Dive

30 min

We'll have an informal chat (with snacks!) about the benefits that basic nutrition has on your training and lifestyle, with plenty of chances to me ask any burning questions along the way.

Pilates

45 min

After a full-on morning, Lorna will guide you through a low-impact workout that builds core strength, flexibility and control, while improving posture and balance.

Lunch

1 hour

Refuel with a buffet-style lunch, options hand-picked by the chef to provide a nutritious, but delicious meal. There may even be a sweet treat for pudding 👀

Walk

45 min

It’s time to get outdoors, cool down from the morning activities and get lunch digesting with a gentle, guided walk around the grounds of the venue and beyond.

Spa

2 hours

And relax! End the day with two hours of full access to the spa. Take time to swim, enjoy the jacuzzi, or treat yourself to a treatment.

£150 per person

Add a 25 min spa treatment for £45 (save £10)

  • Save your place today with a £50 deposit
  • Pay the balance two weeks before the date of the wellness day
  • Spread the cost with an interest-free payment plan

FAQs

What spa treatments can be booked?

You can choose from one of the following 25 minute treatments:

  • Personalised Express Facial 

  • Shoulder, Neck and Scalp Massage

  • Frangipani Scrub

  • Frangipani Foot Treatment

What do I need to bring with me?

You should attend the wellness day wearing your usual gym gear, as we’ll get started with a workout class right away. But, make sure you pack the following:

  • Water bottle (refreshments will be supplied throughout the day)

  • Swimwear

  • Additional trainers and socks for the walk (it can sometimes get a bit muddy!)

  • An extra outfit for after the spa - you probably won’t want to get back into your sweaty gym clothes

Optional:

  • Sweat towel

  • Hair brush / makeup / toiletries

  • The spa usually provides robes and towels, but I’ll confirm nearer to the time if this isn't the case.

Do you have a referral scheme?

Absolutely! If you bring someone along who hasn't attended one of my wellness retreats before, you'll both save £20.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You can cancel up to two weeks before the event at which point I will refund you the amount paid, minus the non-refundable £50 deposit.
