Are you looking for a fun way to improve your fitness? I’ve got you. I lead two 45-minute classes every week, and they’re guaranteed to get your heart racing! I’ll put you through your paces with full-body workouts, circuit training and a mix of quick HIIT exercises.
Absolutely! You can take the workouts at your own pace and I’ll guide you every step of the way with detailed instructions. I’ll also help with your posture and empower you to push through any mental blockers!
Yourself (haha!), a water bottle, and possibly a sweat towel. You can leave everything else to me!
Nope. You have total control and it’s up to you when you want to attend the classes. If you pay for a month upfront then you’ll have access to either 4 or 8 classes per month. It’s up to you whether you attend. I don’t offer refunds if you miss a week, so if you’re unsure on your availability, you can easily pay as you go.
I’ve loved adding these workouts to my weekly routine. It’s made me stay consistent at the gym while having fun. The class atmosphere is always friendly and great for all fitness levels!
