About me

In 2016, I lost my brother to a mental health battle, which completely took a toll on me. I started going to the gym as my way of processing my emotions. The more I got into my training the more I realised how much of a positive effect it had on me not only mentally, but physically too!

Now, I am completely devoted to my job as a personal trainer, and my aim is to make a difference to everyone I work with.

Every workout you do, is a step towards a healthier you. Every meal you consume is a chance to nourish and fuel your body. But most importantly, the best investment you can ever make is in yourself. And I’m here to help you, every step of the way.

I have a CIMSPA Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, along with a Level 3 Extended Diploma Sport (Sport and Exercise Science).
