  • Ideal if you’re easing into training, returning after time off, or combining PT with your own workouts.
  • A great way to build confidence, improve technique, and stay accountable without a weekly commitment.
£170 per month
  • Momentum: 4 sessions per month | £42.50 per session
  • A consistent weekly check-in focused on progress, accountability, and support.
  • Perfect if you want structure, guidance, and steady results while training independently between sessions.
£300 per month
  • Elevate: 8 sessions per month | £37.50 per session
  • Train twice per week for stronger momentum and quicker results.
  • Best for those who want more structure, regular coaching, and a clear plan to build strength, fitness, and confidence.
£420 per month
  • Elite: 12 sessions per month | £35 per session
  • Train three times per week for maximum progress and support.
  • Ideal if you’re ready to fully commit to your training, prioritise consistency, and create real, lasting change.

One-off sessions

These do not include app access or ongoing programming, making them ideal for flexibility, technique refreshers, or confidence boosts.

Single Session

Perfect if you can’t commit to regular sessions or want an occasional check-in.

A supportive way to get started with coaching, build confidence, and create consistency — combining group training with 1:1 support.

Both options include a personalised online programme tailored to your goals, programme updates every 6–8 weeks (based on progress) and monthly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments.
