Get ready to sweat, smile, and transform your fitness with my high-energy Wednesday evening circuit training class!

This fast-paced and dynamic workout will challenge you from head to toe, as you move through a series of strategically designed stations targeting different muscle groups.

Expect a mix of cardio bursts, strength-building exercises, and functional movements, all geared towards maximising your calorie burn and boosting your overall fitness. To keep things exciting, I may even thrown in a mystery group activity halfway through the class.

Come ready to work hard, have fun, and leave feeling invigorated and ready to take on the rest of the week.

I will be there every step of the way, guiding form and technique, ensuring you get the most out of each exercise while minimising the risk of injury.

Each station will have a selection of weights to choose from, ensuring each exercise is accessible to everyone in the class.
