Working at your own station, using a combination of free weights tailored to your individual strength level and effective bodyweight exercises, you'll work every major muscle group.

Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting your strength training journey, this class is designed to meet you where you are and push you to your personal best.

Join a supportive and motivating atmosphere, where you'll make new friends and push each other to achieve our collective goals.

Fully guided

I will be there every step of the way, guiding form and technique, ensuring you get the most out of each exercise while minimising the risk of injury.

Tailored to you

I'll work with you to select any weights required for each exercise, ensuring you are always progressing towards your own goals.
