Ditch the fitness fads and get back to basics! My strength training workshop gives you the knowledge and tools for lasting fitness success.

We'll bust some myths, focusing on the core principles and the power of compound movements like squats and deadlifts—the most effective way to build strength and sculpt a lean physique.

We'll also cover goal-oriented training, exploring different styles to keep your workouts effective.

Guided workout

The workshop includes a full-body strength session. I’ll guide you through each exercise, demonstrating proper form and offering progressions and regressions for all levels.

Workshop guide

You'll receive a PDF version of the workshop to keep forever that contains all the information learned in the workshop, as well as workout and instructional videos.
