The Glute Workshop

Help grow your glutes with glute-specific exercises, learning the importance of activation and how to progressively overload.

The workshop is a full lower body weights session with main gym alternatives and form tips. This includes a 15 minute core blast, covering the importance a strong core has on your lifts.

Guided workout

The workshop includes a full lower-body strength session. I’ll guide you through each exercise, demonstrating proper form and exercise intensity to grow your glutes.

Workshop guide

You'll receive a PDF version of the workshop to keep forever that contains all the information learned in the workshop, as well as workout and instructional videos.

Suitable for all abilities

This class is available for anyone to attend with basic exercises and a selection of weights and close 1:1 support.

Refreshments provided

There will be drinks on hand for you throughout the session and a protein bar to take away with you.
