Nestled in this idyllic setting, The Moretons in Bredon welcomes you to a luxurious weekend wellness retreat dedicated to relaxation, fitness and mindfulness.

From the moment you arrive, you’re invited to switch off and immerse yourself in an all-inclusive journey that nurtures your body and mind.

It’s a haven of calm where mental and physical wellbeing take center stage, allowing you to unwind, recharge and rediscover your best self in style.

Friday

Arrival & Introductions

4pm — 5pm

When you arrive you will be shown to your room for the weekend. Once you're settled, head down to meet the group for the introduction.

You’ll be provided with refreshments and protein bars while we go through the itinerary for the weekend.

HIIT

5pm — 5:30pm

A 30-minute interval workout combining bursts of cardio and strength exercises to boost your metabolism and leave you feeling energised.

Pool Facilities

5:45pm — 6:45pm

We have exclusive use of the on-site indoor pool facilities for one hour. There is a hot tub and a heated pool for you to enjoy!

Dinner

7:30pm

Enjoy a hearty meal, a drink and get to know everyone. You'll also be able to have private a consultation with me after dinner to make sure you're getting the most from the weekend.

Saturday

Breakfast

7:30am — 8:15am

Start your morning with a nutritious breakfast. While you eat, we’ll run through the plan so you’re fuelled and ready to go.

Class 1

9am — 9:45am

A 45-minute session blending circuit training, conditioning drills, and strength work to challenge every muscle group and build functional fitness.

Refreshments

9:45am — 10am

You'll have time to refuel with a healthy drink or snack before the next class starts.

Class 2

10am — 10:30am

A 30-minute dynamic session mixing core work, HIIT intervals, circuit training, and resistance band exercises for a full-body challenge.

Snack Break

10:30am — 11am

Another opportunity to have some light refreshments before we carry on!

Pilates / Yoga

11am — 12pm

A one-hour pilates or yoga session focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement to release tension and leave you feeling completely renewed.

Workshop

12pm — 1pm

Lunch

1pm — 2pm

Enjoy a nutritious buffet lunch with plenty of high-protein options to choose from. Help yourself, take a break and recharge before the afternoon ahead.

Outdoor Walk

2pm — 2:45pm

A leisurely 45-minute walk through the grounds, surrounding fields, and the picturesque village of Bredon to take in the fresh air and beautiful countryside.

Rounders

3pm — 3:45pm

Get ready for a laugh with a friendly outdoor game of rounders! A light-hearted team activity that’s perfect for getting moving, having fun, and bringing everyone together.

Pool & Chill

4pm — 6:30pm

Take a dip in the heated pool or unwind in the hot tub – the facilities are all ours, so make the most of them! Alternatively, chill in the house or relax out in the garden.

Dinner

6:30pm — 8pm

Join us in the dining room for our second evening together. Settle in, enjoy good food, and catch up with everyone after a full day of activities.

Wind Down

8pm

We'll bring the day to a peaceful close with a gentle session of stretching and guided meditation to relax the body and calm the mind.

Sunday

Breakfast

7:30am — 8:15am

Enjoy your pre-chosen breakfast along with a few extras to set you up for the morning ahead. We'll talk through the final activities while you eat, so you're fuelled and ready to finish the retreat on a high.

Exercise Class

9am — 9:45am

Refreshments

9:45am — 10am

A chance to catch your breath and reset, ready for the final class.

Team Game

10am — 11am

I'm keeping this one under wraps for now, but expect teamwork, a few surprises, and plenty of fun. All will be revealed closer to the time!

Consultations

11am — 12pm

Your final opportunity to chat with me one-on-one, reflect on your weekend experience, and set some personal goals to take home with you.

Goodbyes

12pm

We’ll say our goodbyes and get you checked out. We hope you’re leaving feeling refreshed, inspired, and recharged—until next time!

Rooms

There are seven rooms available, most of which can sleep up to two people if you fancied bringing a friend - or making a new one!
